Kick off call
I have meticulously fine-tuned my workflow over the years, whether by making incremental adjustments, introducing strategic meetings, or completely overhauling my approach. This refined process consistently enables me to deliver exceptional results across a wide range of projects, ensuring optimal efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
Project proposal
Based on insights from our initial kick-off call, I will craft a tailored project proposal, presenting multiple options, typically categorized as bronze, silver, and gold. This proposal will detail the project timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each tier, ensuring clarity and alignment with your objectives.
Signed & sealed
Once you’ve chosen your preferred option, I’ll provide the contract, a detailed questionnaire, and a deposit invoice for 50% of the project fee. Additionally, I’ll offer guidance on assembling your project moodboard, complete with illustrative examples. Upon receiving both the deposit and signed contract, your project will be confirmed and scheduled for the agreed start date.
Design process
Delivery & handover
Following the approval of all deliverables, I’ll send the final invoice for the outstanding balance of the project fee. Once I receive the final payment, I will provide you final deliverable of Project.

After a couple of days have passed and you’re sure of your feedback, you will send this over to me on email. Depending on the level of amends (if there are any at all), I may present to you again addressing all of your points until we ultimately sign each deliverable off.
